THE SPACE:
* There is absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC permitted on the property at any time. All guest could be subject to a fine by the City of Scottsdale.
* This is a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents that will complain/report guests for breaking the rules and guest will be evicted without warning for not abiding by the house rules.

This home is cute & cozy! Very spacious bedrooms with ultra comfortable mattresses plus one futon couch and pack n play if needed. Bathrooms come stocked with all your essentials. The large dining table is a great place to gather with friends. The open kitchen has been fully remodeled and has all your cooking amenities.
Whether it's inside or outside, enjoy watching your favorite program on brand new 4k TVs. The backyard is a vacation dream. The pool is heated(additional cost) for the winter months. Relax in the sun on your lounge chair, or cool off under the gazebo. There's more! Play an endless amount of games which include corn hole, darts, (mini) ping pong, Jenga, or chip one in on the pool green! Don't forget to snap a picture against the Whisky Isle mural.

Whisky Isle is located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Close to Old Town with lots of restaurant, bars, entertainment in between.
* We are located in a residential neighborhood and ask that you be respectful of our property & neighbors by limiting loud music and respecting our quiet hours.

House is Keyless Entry!
There is a laundry & dryer room right outside the back patio door. The door to the room will be locked. If you would like to do laundry, detergent provided, we will send you the door code to get in.
We have 2 cameras outside of the home. One is at the front door and the other in the backyard looking at the pool. These cameras will ONLY be viewed in emergency situations (break-ins, damages).
The house is fully fenced. However, the pool is not separately fenced. By booking the property, you agree to:
